Computer Technical Services has been in business since 1993.
Haines & Associates began primarily as a networking and database
development firm and then evolved into a full line computer
consultancy. In 2000, Houston Web Development was founded to
handle the need for rapid website development in a simplified
manner. In the end of 2002, the two companies were merged
under the name HouWeb Development. Since then, both service
companies have shared the same site under the name “HouWeb.com”
